Old Palace Consultancy

Old Palace Consultancy is dedicated to helping families identify, and respond to learning difficulties that could aid their child’s development.

Dual Exceptionality encapsulates the profile of some of the brightest and most able individuals in the world. We are all familiar with the success of individuals such as Richard Branson, the creative talents of actors and actresses such as Tom Cruise and Keira Knightly and the profound impact of scientific breakthrough by scientists such as Albert Einstein. All of these individuals have one thing in common – learning difficulties. More commonly known as dyslexia, Specific Learning Difficulties are prevalent in the learning profiles of great academics and entrepreneurs. What this demonstrates and confirms is that a learning difficulty, when identified and correctly diagnosed, does not impede achievement.

Old Palace Consultancy is dedicated to providing each and every student with an equal start point in their education. OPC has assessed a range of students, from Year 2 to adult and identified strategies to support individuals, according to their own specific learning profiles. Recent external examination results have provided further evidence of the outstanding success that may be secured by individuals with learning difficulties.

If you would like to investigate your child’s or your own learning profile, please see below for further information and the options that are available to you. Should you wish, you are invited to contact Mrs Naz Daood to discuss the suitability of an assessment and the potential support available for you or your child.

If you would like to book an assessment please complete the PDF and send to Helen Gard, School office.

Whether it be tests for the gifted and talented, or assessments that could aid individuals in exam conditions, Old Palace Consultancy makes a difference.
