After months of relentless dedication and hard work, the 67 dancers who made up the cast of the Old Palace Dance Show delivered the most magnificent performance at the Royal Academy of Dance on Friday evening.
It’s the first time that we’ve held our annual dance show at a professional venue, and the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance did not disappoint! This stunning venue enabled the dancers to take their performance to the next level – something the audience of family and friends very much appreciated.
As well as the dancers, we must acknowledge the talented contributions of the choreographers who showed such imagination and creativity and demonstrated such rich diversity throughout the 28 different dances.
We also want to thank the backstage crew and our sound and lighting technician for their invaluable help behind the scenes; bringing the show to life with such vibrancy and colour.
A huge well done to everyone involved – it was astonishing to see what a talented and passionate group of dance students we have here at Old Palace. We couldn’t be prouder of you!
