Many congratulations to Sophia and Suraiya in Year 12, who entered into a National competition run by Sports Leaders UK for Learner of the Year.
Both students submitted a video recording highlighting their experiences of taking the award and the benefits they gained by being part of the Sports Leaders Programme.
We’ve just heard that Sophia and Suraiya were in the top four finalists for the Learner of the Year Award throughout the whole of the UK. Well done. We are very proud of them!
Sports Leaders Courses are now running at Levels 1, 2 and 3 within the PE department at Old Palace School.
