Yesterday, we were very excited to welcome the Travelling Natural History Museum to Pre School and Prep for a day of interactive Dinosaur Workshops.
The girls enjoyed a talk about the origins of the dinosaur and why they became extinct. They also got to imagine how hard it was for the T-Rex to get up again when he fell over!
After this, the pupils were divided into group activities which including ‘walking like a dinosaur’ and fossil hunting.
They also got to explore the dinosaurs up close.
It really was the greatest fun and we were so impressed at how much knowledge our girls already had about dinosaurs. It’s definitely a popular subject!
A definite highlight was the ‘pop up’ shop at the end of the day!
