The Year 12 Biology students spent a day at Bushy Park collecting data for their practical endorsement. The students compared two freshwater habitats and made a drawing of one of the insect larvae that they caught.
In the afternoon they revised their fieldwork skills from GCSE using tape measures, quadrats and keys to identify meadow species. The students packed for the forecast hail storm, which fortunately never arrived.
